Lorne Louden is the lead consultant, bringing his 25+ years of experience to each project. A University of Alberta graduate, Louden offers consultation on aeration, de-icing, and other water management projects in addition to leading system design and supervising installations.
Fern is our financial director, supervising accounts payable and accounts receivable departments. Fern will be your main contact regarding any financial concerns.

Charlotte is the Vice President of Growth and Operations at Pond Pro Canada, overseeing operations, systems, and business development to ensure teams and processes run smoothly and efficiently. She works closely with leadership and staff to support scalable growth and strong internal alignment.
With a background in business, marketing, and B2B sales, Charlotte brings extensive experience in building operational systems, driving growth strategy, and managing complex organizations.
Jennifer joined our team in 2020 as one of our biologists available for consultation. A graduate of the University of Alberta, Jennifer is available for consultation and custom aquatic project designing and management. Jennifer is acting project manager so she will be a primary contact between consultants, the install team, and clients.

Melanie is one of our custom aeration design and sales representative, assisting with equipment procurement and pricing or passing inquiries on to our consultants.

Lily is a recent Biological Engineering graduate from the University of Guelph and serves as our project coordinator. With a strong background in water testing and data analysis, she brings a technical and organized approach to custom aeration.

Michael is our warehouse and equipment logistics manager, responsible for inventory and supply logistics, directing custom equipment orders, and shipping. Michael has been an integral part of our team and has been with us since 2024.
Charles is one of our installation technicians and custom parts and equipment manufacturer. Charles holds a certificate in electromechanics making him especially valuable to our repair and installation team. Charles is also a certified fountain technician. Charles is available for diagnostic or equipment troubleshooting consultations, and on-site installations/ repairs.

Jaden is one of our installation technicians and custom parts and equipment manufacturer. Jaden has been involved with the company for most of his life, making him a valuable asset to our team. Jaden is a certified fountain technician and has experience working on aeration and de-icing equipment. Jaden is available for diagnostic or equipment troubleshooting consultations, and on-site installations/ repairs.
Garnet is our in-house water engineer specializing in aeration and de-icing design. We ensure every design receives his input and approval before submitting it to our clients.
